Bynet Data Centers is a leading player in the data center market, operating 7 sites at the highest security levels.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Admin to join our team and work in an advanced, dynamic, and challenging technological environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administrative aspects of the sales cycle, from generating price quotations to processing orders.
  • Prepare and send proposals, and price quotes to clients
  • Track and manage client communications and documentation
  • Support day-to-day tasks and follow-ups
  • Digital Presence: Manage the company’s social media profiles (primarily LinkedIn), schedule posts and engage with the community to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Support employee and business operations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, admin or coordinator role – must
  • Hands-on experience supporting office operations, employee services, and business administration in a fast-paced environment.
  • B.A. in a relevant field – must
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew – must
  • Hands-on experience supporting sales
  • Experience preparing documents, proposals, or price quotes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Monday  
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Results-driven, highly committed, and self-motivated team player with strong communication skills
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to new challenges
